Esplanada Liberdade is an urban development project that will transform the landscape of the traditional Liberdade neighborhood and contribute to the revitalization of downtown São Paulo. The project includes the construction of a large structure over the Radial Leste-Oeste expressway, connecting four important viaducts — Guilherme de Almeida, Mie Ken, Cidade de Osaka, and Shuhei Uetsuka — with the goal of creating a new public space focused on culture, commerce, gastronomy, leisure, tourism, and services.
